By accessing or using the Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Purpose of the Services The Company provides age verification technology and related tools to:

Verify whether an individual meets legally required age thresholds for access to certain products, services, or content.

Enable businesses (“Clients”) to comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding age-restricted goods, services, and content.

Support identity and compliance checks, where permitted by law, to reduce fraud and unauthorized access.

The Services are not intended for general identity authentication beyond the scope of age verification, unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

2. Eligibility 2.1 For Individuals (End-Users):

You must be of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

You may only submit your own information for verification. Impersonation or submitting another person’s data is strictly prohibited.

2.2 For Businesses (Clients):

You must be duly registered and authorized to request age verification under applicable laws.

You must have lawful grounds (e.g., legal compliance, consent) for requesting verification from your users.

3. How the Service Works Data Submission: Users or Clients may be asked to provide data such as date of birth, government-issued identification, or biometric information (e.g., facial scans), subject to applicable law.

Processing: We process and verify the submitted information through automated systems, human review, or third-party verification partners.

Result Delivery: We return a “verified” or “not verified” status, along with any legally required additional information, to the Client.

The Company may retain certain verification metadata for compliance, audit, and fraud prevention purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Not circumvent, disable, or interfere with the verification process.

Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws.

You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring you have the authority to submit personal data for verification.

Any consequences of providing false or misleading information.

5. Business Client Responsibilities Clients must:

Obtain proper consent from their users before initiating age verification.

Use verification results solely for lawful purposes related to age compliance.

Not store, share, or process verification data in ways that violate our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

Maintain reasonable security measures to protect the data they receive from us.

6. Data Protection & Privacy We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or other jurisdiction-specific regulations).

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Personal data may be processed, stored, and transferred for verification purposes.

Third-party providers may be engaged for identity document scanning, biometric analysis, and fraud prevention.

Data retention periods are limited to what is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses You may not:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes, including discrimination or harassment.

Submit forged, altered, or stolen identity documents.

Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Services’ algorithms or systems.

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense verification results without prior written consent.

8. Fees & Payment Individuals: Unless otherwise stated, end-users are not charged directly for verification; costs are typically borne by Clients.

Clients: Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

9. Service Availability & Limitations We strive to provide continuous availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time.

Restrict or suspend access if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property in the Services, including software, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms, belongs to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written permission.

11. Compliance with Laws You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. For Clients, this includes—but is not limited to—laws regarding:

Age-restricted sales and services.

Data protection and privacy.

Consumer rights and advertising restrictions.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to any user or client will not exceed the amount paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that verification results are error-free or that fraudulent submissions will always be detected.

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services.

Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Any dispute between you and a third party related to verification results.

14. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:

Breach these Terms.

Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Fail to make required payments (for Clients).

You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us in writing, but termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations or legal liabilities incurred prior to termination.

15. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
